Personal Branding Fast Track Course Terms and Conditions
1. Description of Services. Claire Bahn Group (CBG) shall provide Client with the following coaching services (“Services”):
(a) Full access to the Personal Branding Fast Track Course
(b) 1 month of FREE access to the Fast Track Mentoring Program Subscription, with the option to upgrade to a continuing membership subscription.
2. Term. With one payment of $497 you will have full access to this course. Therefore, you will have access to this course for the entire time it is available online, which will be at least 12 months from the original date of purchase. We reserve the right to remove this program when it is no longer relevant, and you will no longer have access.
3. Personal Branding Fast Track Course Access: Client will have access to Personal Branding Fast Track Course for the entire time it is available online, which will be at least 12 months from the original date of purchase. Claire Bahn Group reserves the right to improve/modify/add/subtract material from the Personal Branding Fast Track Course at its sole discretion.
Claire Bahn Group reserves the right to discontinue/delete the Personal Branding Fast Track Course at its sole discretion if, after a date 12 months after the terms of this agreement, the course is deemed to be no longer relevant. At this point, Client will no longer have access to the material, the course or any of the files.
4. Disclaimer. Client acknowledges that CBGG’s Services do not constitute counseling services, are not a substitute for professional counseling or financial advice and are not a guarantee of financial success. Client understands and acknowledges that the coaching process is dependent upon Client’s own ability to implement his/her choices, and those choices are exclusively Client’s responsibility. Client expressly understands that this Agreement does not establish an employee/employer, independent contractor, or any other agency/agent relationship between the parties.
5. No Refunds. All payments under this Agreement will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable.
6. Intellectual Property Ownership. All materials in the Personal Branding Fast Track are proprietary, confidential and copyrighted materials of Claire Bahn Group. Claire Bahn Group is the sole and exclusive property of OWNER of this material. You may not copy any of the Personal Branding Fast Track videos, materials, images, trademarks, and/or logos set forth within or accompanying the Personal Branding Fast Track Course and Mentorship Program without the prior written authorization of Claire Bahn Group.
7. Waiver. The failure of CBG to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of CBG’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.
8. Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, City of Wilmington, without giving effect to any conflicts of law provisions.
9. Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors. No assignment of this Agreement, in whole or in part, may be made by Client without the express written consent of CBG.
10. Severability and Survival. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be construed consistent with applicable law. The remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. CBG’s rights under this Agreement will survive the termination of this Agreement.
11. Enforceability. The provisions of this Agreement shall be enforceable. Notwithstanding the existence of any claim or cause of action against CBG by Client whether based on this Agreement or otherwise.
12. By reading and indicating acceptance of these terms and conditions, you hereby approve and consent to all aspects, clauses, and stipulations included in these terms and conditions.
Personal Branding Fast Track Mentoring Program Terms and Conditions
1. Description of Services. Claire Bahn Group (CBG) shall provide Client with the following coaching services (“Services”):
(a) Full access to the Personal Branding Fast Track Course
(a) Bi-Monthly LIVE group strategy sessions with Claire and her team.
(b) Access to the exclusive Personal Branding Fast Track Mentoring private community.
(c) Receive support and feedback from our Fast Track Mentoring Team through the community email.
2. Term. This Agreement is valid as of the date of the first payment and shall automatically renew month-to-month unless cancelled. No proration given when cancelled.
2.a Personal Branding Fast Track Course Access: Client will have access to Personal Branding Fast Track Course for the entire time it is available online, which will be at least 12 months from original purchase date. Claire Bahn Group reserves the right to improve/modify/add/subtract material from the Personal Branding Fast Track Course at its sole discretion.
Claire Bahn Group reserves the right to discontinue/delete the Personal Branding Fast Track Course at its sole discretion if, after a date, 12 months after the original date of purchase. At this point, Client will no longer have access to the material, the course or any of the files.
3. Schedule and Fees. The applicable fee under the Term under this Agreement are $650 per month. Payment must be monthly, in the amount of $650 per month, via automatic payment. Concurrent with the initial payment, CBG will provide the Client access to the online community, live calls, and support.
Continued access to these programs is contingent upon payment. In the event that Client is unable to meet their payment obligation under this Agreement, Client will lose access to the mentoring community and services with Claire Bahn Group team immediately. Client will keep access to the Personal Branding Fast Track Course.
Claire Bahn Group reserves the right to increase prices for access to the Personal Branding Fast Track Mentoring private community at its sole discretion. Client will be given 30 day’s notice of price increases.
4. Cancellation. Client can cancel subscription to the Personal Branding Fast Track Mentoring private community at any time. Cancellations will take affect on the renewal date. The client will keep access to the Personal Branding Fast Track Course for the entire time it is available online, which will be at least 12 months from the original purchase date.
